Never knowing where she is from, Kat attributes her eclectic background to her military family and insatiable appetite for travel and learning. Having lived in Germany, London, upstate New York, Indiana, the suburbs of northern Virginia and in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, now residing in Manhattan, she prefers to avoid the relentless, “Where are you from?” and focus on the immediate “Where are you going?” The answer to that elusive question remains a piece of art in development, and she welcomes you in joining her journey.
